Whether your little one is just home and you’re finding your rhythm, or you’ve tried everything and still need guidance, I can walk alongside you. Together, we’ll find gentle, realistic ways to help your baby sleep more peacefully—so you can breathe, rest, and feel confident in your parenting journey. I work with families throughout the South Bay and Northern California and offer a Gentle Sleep Approach, a six-week, in-home program tailored to your needs—available 24/7 or overnight for 8–10 hours or more if needed.
